Mr. Anil Ghimire joined Equal Access from 2007 and currently working as Information Technology Manager. He is responsible for the work related to software and hardware computer systems, web page designing, Server maintenance, Backup and power supply management, PC security management, FTP server, email server management and broadcast monitoring uploading the Equal Access Nepal programs and technical support as well as digital audio production. He has multiple experiences working in ICT sectors.

Before joining Equal Access, he has worked as the Technical & ICT Consultant in various private companies, FM stations, projects funded by UNESCO, USAID, UNDP and Government offices. He worked as Senior Technical Officer & Content Developer of TV browsing program for Community Multimedia Center, under ICT for PR project conducted by UNESCO, Designing and updating the content for the collective website, supported by UNESCO. Multiple experiences in the field of ICTs and Community based media services. Conducting trainings on various subjects such as basic computing, Email and Internet, websites designing, video editing and basic movie making. He has specialization in computer hardware system including software networking, system repairs and maintenance, sales, consultants' services and research for community based organizations.

 His expertise in Information Technologies are Hardware/Software Installations and Management, TCP/IP Networking in Windows Platform, Programming, Advanced Geographic Information System (GIS), Digital Audio Editing and Packaging, Digital Image Editing and Processing, Digital Video Editing, DOS & Windows System Administration and other ICT tools and technologies.

Mr. Anil's received his Master's Degree in Management from the Tribuhvan University and Master of Science in Information Technology (Msc IT) from Sikkim Manipal University (SMU) India. He is fluent in English, Nepali, and Hindi.
