Ayush Joshi is a student of English literature and mass communication. He joined Equal Access Nepal in the year 2008 as a 'Junior program producer' and at present is working as a 'Program associate' for radio program Saathi Sanga Manka Kura (Chatting with my best friend) where he is one of the lead host of radio program. Specializing in radio content Ayush is also working as a focal point for UNICEF Nepal's Voices of Youth website which is maintained and managed by the young SSMK team members. He is responsible to create connection between SSMK listener club members, community youths and the various fractions in the society to the UNICEF website and SSMK website by covering their stories and bringing to light their struggles, which is one of the pragmatic strategies in mobilizing the youths all around Nepal.
