Binaya Guragain has nearly 14 years of experience in Radio program development on different sociological areas. He has managed, operated, produced, conducted trainings for, and developed programming for state-owned and independent radio stations. He was a major proponent for the adoption of the historic radio sector Code of Conduct. He has vast experience utilizing radio for social development and community empowerment. As a program coordinator his overall responsibility within the organization is to oversee and manage various programs including direct supervision/management of media production and assessment program on rule of law, good governance, peace building, civil society, democratic constitution building, youth and livelihood, information technology promotion and independent media advancement in collaboration with national and international organizations. He has master degree in mass communication and journalism.
