Ms. Durga Lamichhane joined Equal Access from 2010 and currently working as program associate. She is attached with radio program production team.  Her works are Reporting for radio programs, writing and directing of radio drama, writing program script, editing and mixing of audios and packaging of radio program.  Befor joining Equal Access Nepal, she has worked as a radio program producer in Nepal FM 91.8mhz, Hetauda FM 96.6mhz, and as a reporter in Pahal(research based) weekly. Her working area is informative and she has the expertise on Gender and Climate Change issues. Her Master's Degree is running on Sociology. Nepali is her mother language and she can write and read English and Hindi too. Likewise, she can understand Maithilee, Bhojpuri, Tharu and Abadhi language.
