Khaisara Kafle was born her hometown at Uram, Parbat on September 1983. She has joined Equal Access Nepal on May 2006 as a Database Associate. She is responsible for managing letters and feedback forms as well as entered into the database. She has a good knowledge of essential data analysis. Sometime she has playing the different role in the Radio Drama. She has completed her Bachelor in Commerce from Padma Kanya Multiple Campus. Currently she is studying Masters in Ruler Development from Tribhuwan University. She has a good knowledge on Nepali Grammar and she has interested on news reading and writes to article on women's issue.
