Mr. Niroshan Sthapit joined Equal Access Nepal in November 2006 as Graphic Designer. He was responsible for all SSMK related publications Manka Kura magazine, monthly bulletins, other materials and its distribution throughout the country through regional hubs and distributor. He was also responsible for coordinating with printing press and reporters. Currently he is responsible for design all Equal Access publication materials, coordination with printing press, design & update of UNICEF Nepal and UNICEF Nepal’s Voices of Youth website.

Prior to joining Equal Access, he worked as Graphic Designer in various Advertising agencies, Publication houses and Map publishing companies. He has more than 9 years of experience in this field. He has skill in 3D animation, photography and won some nationwide Fine Art competitions too.
