Mr. Pawan Neupane has more than seven years experience in radio program production. He joined Equal Access in May 2008 as 'Program Associate'. Before this date, he worked for Saptakoshi FM, Sunsari and Koshi FM, Morang as program producer. After his affiliation to Equal Access, Nepal, he produced 88 episodes of award winning radio program named 'Samajhdari' (Mutual Understanding), dealing with twin pandemics of HIV and violence against women. As a 'Program Officer' in Equal Access, now, Mr. Neupane leads the production of two radio programs: 'Sangsangai', program on the issue of any kind of VAW and 'Mamata', male member of family targeted radio show on infant and young child nutrition. Additionally, he manages the activity of Peace Media Network, a network of journalists working on women and gender issues. He has sound knowledge and skill on radio program production. He is graduate in management from Tribhuwan University, Nepal.
