Ms. Pooja Shrestha has been working as an Outreach Program Officer in Equal Access Nepal.  With skills and knowledge gained through over 3 years of experience in various organizations as an Intern she had joined Equal Access in February 2008. In Equal Access she has been supervising and coordinating with field reporters, managing and organizing various trainings and big events, and also coordinating with outreach partners and NGOs for organizing outreach activities of various radio programs in field level. She has gained her Master Degree in Sociology from Tribhuvan University and Graduate/Bachelor Degree from St.Xavier's College in Social Work. Her hobby is travelling and reading books. As a part of her job she needs to travel a lot and says that visiting remote districts and villages is the best way to learn about our country and its cultures. In addition to that she is an individual who is self-motivated, target driven and has a desire to succeed both personally and professionally.
