Mr. Sushil Bhandari, Joined Equal Access in the capacity of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) officer, Mr. Bhandari brings about 5 years of experiences in the field of planning, design, research, monitoring, and evaluation. Possesses sound statistical knowledge and hands-on-skills on different tools and software of research and M&E field, he has some experience as a trainer/facilitator in developing practitioner.

Mr. Bhandari is a graduate in Development Studies from Kathamandu University (KU) and Masters in Rural Development from Tribhuvan University (TU). Currently, he is a thesis student of Disaster Management (PGDDM). His continuous learning habit helped him to keep interdisciplinary knowledge and draw ideas from various disciplines. He enjoys with multi-tasks and comfortable with members of multi-ethnic team. He possesses strong positive attitude towards work and believes in "work is worship".
